This is yet another nice spline jig. I have one question though. @9:59 you show the problem where the distance from the center is different. Then you remove one of the wooden block and say you "sharpened" it and @10:27 you say it is fine after refitting. I am not sure I understand what you actually did to fix it? May be the Japanese to English translation is the problem when it says you "Sharpened Something". Can you please help me understand what exactly you did to fix it. I actually put it on and off several times.
